Employer is seeking a Guest Hotel Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Manage guest hotel inventory by monitoring sales levels and requesting additional rooms as needed
- Compile accurate and timely manifests of guests and send them to hotels
- Clear waitlists by securing additional rooms at new/different hotels
- Resolve customer service issues by partnering with customer service teams and communicating directly with hotels
- Generate sales reports and collaborate with stakeholders on pricing and marketing strategies
- Secure large hotel blocks as needed to support irregular ship operations
- Check in with Crew Travel team to see where any overlap between guest hotel space and crew hotel space can be combined to reduce company costs

Requirements:
- Business Administration or Hospitality management experience preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in travel management, hotel, or analysis work
- Proven track record in operational responsibilities
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Able to work independently
- Experience with engaging with hotels or travel operators in multiple global locations
